CapOpEx Modules
CapEx module will be predominantly aligned with AACE International Recommended Practices for cost estimate classification, covering Classes 5 through 2A. The cost data bank has been systematically developed to support key project maturity stages, including Idea Screening (AACE Class 5), Concept Screening (AACE Class 4), Budget Authorization (AACE Class 3), and detailed cost estimation for EPC contract bidding (AACE Class 2A). Unit rates are derived through rigorous analysis of prevailing market conditions across Gulf countries, incorporating regional labor productivity, material pricing, logistics, and contractor commercial practices to ensure realistic and transparent cost outputs.
OpEx module will be designed to deliver realistic, data-driven cost estimates for multi-discipline, specialized maintenance activities. The module will enable users to estimate labor, materials, equipment, logistics, and indirect costs across various technical areas such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil. By leveraging historical data, industry benchmarks, and region-specific market conditions, it aims to provide reliable, consistent, and transparent cost projections, reducing manual effort and supporting informed budgeting and planning for complex maintenance projects
