About us

CapOpEx is an emerging digital platform currently under development, designed to deliver online cost estimation tools for Oil & Gas upstream, downstream and Petrochemical projects. Once completed, the platform aims to provide project stakeholders with transparent and structured cost insights across the full project lifecycle. The platform is being built to support CAPEX and OPEX estimation through intuitive tools aligned with industry practices and project execution requirements. It will integrate engineering logic, cost drivers, and standardized assumptions to assist project teams, estimators, planners, and decision-makers in generating reliable cost estimates at various stages of project maturity.

CapOpEx is being developed to overcome the limitations of conventional cost estimation methods by providing consistent, data-driven, and time-efficient modeling, minimizing reliance on manual calculations and the need to consult multiple sources. The platform’s tools are designed to support the full spectrum of project cost estimation, including Idea Screening (AACE Class 5), Concept Screening (AACE Class 4), Budget Authorization (AACE Class 3), and detailed cost estimation for EPC contract bidding (AACE Class 2A). With a deep understanding of Oil & Gas project costs, CapOpEx is being designed to enhance cost visibility, benchmarking, and decision-making quality, ultimately enabling organizations to make informed investment decisions with greater confidence.
